Hohenhaus Grill

Niemann and his team serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the “Hohenhaus Grill”. The menu features traditional dishes that are interpreted in a contemporary way and mostly prepared with products from the immediate surroundings.

Whether Hohenhausen wild essence with venison ham and Ringgauer sour cream, sideburn chops from free-range calf matured with potato gratin, fried artichoke, leek and Parmesan foam, back from brown mountain sheep from their own herd with mustard crust and two types of celery or iced Ringgau with Markershausen hazelnut, Hohenhaus raspberry and ice cream from Datterroder Coffee – the menu changes daily depending on the availabilities of the products and also we served in the summer saison on our beautiful sun terrace with a wonderfull view in our valley.
