Hohenhaus Grill
Hotel host Niemann and his team serve lunch and dinner in the “Hohenhaus Grill”. On the menu are traditional dishes influenced by the region, which are interpreted in a contemporary way and are mostly prepared with products from the immediate vicinity or from our own production.
With 40 seats in the style of a modern hunting lodge, families and fans of creative cuisine will find a wonderful dining atmosphere here. The restaurant has been awarded the green Michelin star for its particularly sustainable management.
The menu changes according to the season and availability of the products and is also served on the beautiful terrace in summer.
Gourmet Restaurant La Vallé Verte
The stylish Relais & Châteaux hotel is a perfect oasis for gourmets who love something special. In the intimate gourmet restaurant “La Vallée Verte – The Green Valley” with 15 seats, Denis Jahn and his team serve you a particularly flavor intensive cuisine, in which he skilfully combines products from the region with products from Brittany.
