Gourmet restaurant La Vallée Verte: Michelin-star cuisine

In the intimate gourmet restaurant at Schloss Hohenhaus “La Vallée Verte – The Green Valley” with a total of 15 seats, Denis Jahn serves a particularly flavorful intensive cuisine, in which he skilfully combines products from the region with products from Brittany. This supposedly unusual connection has character, because both kitchens are honest without exception.

There is no room for flourishes here or there. For this reason, the team and Denis Jahn personally select each supplier. We pay particular attention to sustainable cultivation and production and devote a large part of our time to the selection of raw materials in order to obtain only the best quality.

Green star for Hotel Hohenhaus
