Three nights in one of our individually furnished double rooms including breakfast with Ringgau specialities. On New Year’s Eve, from 8.00 pm to 1.00 am, celebrate our Breton kitchen party including oyster buffet with selected wines and water. At the turn of the year, of course, the laser-show should not be missing. Every evening (except New Year’s Eve) you can enjoy a four-course menu of our chef’s choice in our Hohenhaus Grill restaurant.

Start the new year with a winter hike through the Hohenhaus forest and neighbouring valleys and villages. The mixed forest on the plateau of the Ringgau shows its romantic winter side. On New Year’s Eve you can expect a four-course menu according to the “style of the fisherman”.

The four-day New Year’s Eve offer  is only bookable from 30th December 2025 to 2nd January 2026.
