In the “Hohenhaus Grill” Restaurant, host Peter Niemann and his team welcome you for lunch and dinner. The menu features traditional dishes influenced by the region, which are interpreted in a contemporary way and are prepared with products from the immediate vicinity or from our own production. Opening hours:

Tuesday to Saturday from 18:30, reservation only

Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00, small menu as well as coffee and cake

The menu in our Hohenhaus Grill Restaurant changes daily depending on the availability of the products and is also served in summer on the beautiful sun terrace with a view of the valley.

Look forward to Hohenhäuser Wildessenz with venison ham and Ringgau sour cream, kotelette of organic beef matured on the bone with potato gratin, fried artichoke, leek and Parmesan foam, back of brown mountain sheep from our own herd with mustard crust and two kinds of celery or iced Ringgau with Markershausen hazelnut, Hohenhäuser raspberry and Datterroder coffee ice cream.
