Traditional goose dinner at Hotel Hohenhaus

Look forward to the traditional goose dinner at Hohenhaus from 11 November to 22 December 2022. We offer free-range farming country goose from the Ringgau region for six people. Enjoy the menu in three courses with your family, in the circle of close friends or as a business dinner with colleagues or clients.

Our Hohenhaus Grill Restaurant team serves:

  • Goose broth with apple, orange, semolina dumplings and goose giblets.
  • Ringgauer country goose fresh from the oven, classically stuffed with apple and mugwort, served with green dumplings, chocolate red cabbage, brussels sprouts, glazed chestnuts and gravy.
  • Small nibbles from the patisserie
